Is there a minimum order value?
No -there is no longer a minimum order value.However , the FREE 2-5 working day delivery service is only offered on orders above R1000 ex VAT .You may still get delivery on order values below R1000 by selecting a paid delivery option. Alternatively you can collect orders below R1000 and we will send you a "ready for collection email." Kindly note that no item is considered order prior to us receiving confirmation of funds transfer.
Do we sell an original product ?
We only sell two types of products :
- Original (OEM) products
- Products from an SABS ISO9001 Quality Management System Certified Company under the brandname Jetprint . The Jetprint brand is now a unique well recognized brand for its quality in South Africa. It is the only locally manufactured product from a company bearing this SABS ISO9001 QMS Certification.All the products we sell are intended to be appropriate for business use and bear manufacturers warrantees.When sending quotations we will automatically send you the most cost effective available option.
How do we indicate to you whether the product is the manufacturers branded product or a locally manufactured product?
Original products are indicated by (OEM) in the product code(SKU).Products without (OEM) in the product code(SKU) are quality guaranteed products that are locally manufactured by an SABS ISO9001 Quality Management Systems Certified Company using virgin empties and adhere closely to the original's specifications in terms of quality,yields and colours.They will also not invalidate your printer's warranty.
Do we really offer a FREE delivery service
Our basic service level in Gauteng is non-prioritised 1-3 day free delivery. If you would like us to prioritise the delivery schedule in your favour there are optional additional delivery surcharges available entirely at your discretion. Please see here for more details
Are Prices Including or excluding VAT and Delivery Charges
Prices are presented on the web-store excluding VAT and delivery charges.
They also are shown excluding delivery fees.Our basic Gauteng delivery service on a 1-3 day basis is free. There are some convenient flexible delivery options available which are available and are charged for. All of this is reflected on checkout. More about that here

Refund Policy:
Only if your goods are returned to Direct Office Supplies CC (Address 22 Dunrobin Street Sydenham,Johannesburg South Africa) in the unopened original packaged condition will they(the goods) be considered for a refund . Goods must be received within 7 working days of despatch from Direct Office Supplies CC. We levy a 15% handling charge on goods correctly supplied. In addition any other costs incurred by Direct Office Supplies in relation to the administration of the refund will be deducted before processing a refund. Refunds may only be processed at month-end along with all other month end creditors.
Faulty Product
The customer is required to notify Direct Office Supplies by email or fax 0866 77 4993 of the problems experienced. The product will only be eligible for swap-out where less than 5% of the product has been used and the product is returned within 7 days of despatch from Direct Office Supplies. The goods must be returned to Direct Office Supplies - 22 Dunrobin Str Sydenham Johannesburg. An allowance of 5 working days for processing of the swap-out once the product has been received from the customer is required.Should the product indeed be faulty it will be delivered back to the customer at no additional charge.
