We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience and will consider accepting any returns within 7 days from date of purchase, provided they meet the conditions defined below.

Cartridge Wholesale  will exchange or refund the cost of the product on the following conditions:

• Where the customer ordered and no stock is available , we will process refund within 24 hours via the credit card merchant , or within 48 hours via a bank transfer on receipt of banking details, subject to regular clearance periods from banking institutions
• Returned products are in the original condition and in unsoiled packaging;
• No refunds or exchanges will be considered for a product that has been misused or purposely damaged;
• A faulty product will, where relevant, be subjected to a technical assessment in a convenient remote manner before being, replaced or refunded;
• Exchanges will be made on the price the customer paid unless there has been a national price decrease due to end of ranges. This will be handled on an individual basis and may result in a lower return value.
• No “change of mind” returns will be accepted.

Exclusions on the condition of Online Refund and Exchange Policy

• Where the customer sold the product to a third party and the third party was expecting a different product
• Instructions of the product were not followed;
• Products damaged due to negligence;
• Products not in sealed, original, undamaged packaging
• Where the products are were ordered in especially for the customer;
• Items tested and found to be in working order;
