DELIVERY:

Delivery is calculated automatically on checkout. Here is a short guide to our average cost and delivery times:

DELIVERY ALTERNATIVES:

We do offer alternatives to direct at-home deliveries, should you be concerned you may miss the courier drop-off.

Listed on our website, and available at checkout, is our convenient Pargo Pick-up Point (PUP) option. Using your address, Pargo will automatically determine the pick-up points closest to your location. Once the order is delivered to the PUP, you are free to collect it when best conveniences you.

DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch your order within one working day of receiving payment; however, certain items may take longer due to stock availability. Our staff will notify you should there be any possible delays to your order.

Special delivery options do exist, but are currently only per request. Same-day delivery cut-off time is 10 AM. Overnight/next day delivery cut-off time is 2:30 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will only be processed the next available working day.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been collected by courier.

Should you have any concerns or issues with the tracking details, please feel free to contact our staff for a courier follow-up.
