SA Filament ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a common thermoplastic well known in the injection moulding industry. It is used for applications such as LEGO, electronic housings, and automotive bumper parts. SA Filament has developed an ABS formula that stands out above the rest.

We are excited to introduce our new Eco Range – a filament line specifically designed for optimal lower-cost prototyping. This range was developed with one clear goal: to offer an affordable solution for everyday 3D printing needs, without compromising on the basic performance expected from ABS.

To achieve this, we have kept both the formulation and production process as streamlined as possible. By simplifying the compound and reducing overheads, we are able to pass on significant cost savings while still maintaining reliable printability and consistency. It is ideal for prototyping, education, hobbyist use, and any application where high-volume or cost-sensitive printing is required.
